    NONWORKING HOLIDAY I N THE PROVINCE O F
    NORTHERN SAMAR T O COMMEMORATE I T S
    FOUNDATION DAY

    Be i t enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the


    Philippines in Congress assembled,

    SECTION1. June 19 of every year is hereby declared a


    special nonworking holiday in the Province of Northern Samar
    t o commemorate its foundation day.

    SSC. 2. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its


    approval.

    This Act which originated in the House of Representatives
    was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate
    on November 15,2005 and January 22, 2007, respectively.
