a) That w e are desirous of taking a Loan of Rs 7,00,000 /- ( Rupees Seven Lakh ) from your
Company for operation requirements in the ordinary course of Business. The terms and conditions for the Loan as stated in your standard agreements are know n and acceptable to us.

b) We hereby individually authorise our Partner Mr./ Mrs. YATHIN VENKATESH , Mr./ Mrs.
K N YOGESH , to sign and execute all necessary documents including Loan Agreement, Promissory Note, Pow er of
Attorney, issue of post dated cheques and other documents and do all acts, deeds , matter things and to execute documents w riting declaration, undertakings as may be necessary for
availing the Loan. All acts deeds, matters and things done and executed by said Mr./Ms. shall be binding
on us and our Firm

c) We, the partners, shall be jointly and severally liable and responsible for all the liabilities of the Firm to the FICCL. The FICCL may recover its claims from the estate of any or all of the Partners
of the Firm. Our liability as aforesaid shall continue notw ithstanding any change in the constitution of the Firm and / or it's Successors and dissolution thereof.

d) Whenever any change occurs in our partnership, w e undertake to inform the FICCL of the same in w riting and our individual liability to the FICCL w ill continue until all our liabilities are
discharge and / or w e receive from the FICCL an acknow ledgement of discharge.
