Subject: Performance of domestic airlines for the year 2019.

Traffic data submitted by various domestic airlines has been analysed for the
month of Jan 2019. Following are the salient features:

Passenger Growth

Passengers carried by domestic airlines during Jan 2019 were 125.08 lakhs as
against 114.65 lakhs during the corresponding period of previous year thereby
registering a growth of 9.10% (Ref Table 1).
