Background
Spreading the good news
Millions of customers around the world use Steinberg software and hardware. To support our education cus-
tomers we have Steinberg Certified Training Centers and Steinberg Certified Trainers. These Steinberg part-
ners have a great knowledge of Steinberg products and are able to offer our customers a high level of training.
It is our mission to support our customers, and ensure their awareness of the many benefits that come from
knowing how to use our products.

The fundamentals

A partner of Steinberg Certified Training program can expect Steinberg to:

• Undertake reasonable commercial efforts to provide supportive marketing and regular product information
materials.
• Supply artwork, the Training Partner logo and marketing materials to support the training.
• Propose mutually beneficial events and initiatives to support students and activities from time to time.
• Endeavor to promote activities, events and services on the Steinberg website and social media.
• Be receptive to collaborating on events and seminars (NB: Costs will be handled case by case).
• Offer student access to complementary Student Starter Packs with a digital download access code (DAC).
• Help students in buying Steinberg educational software at education prices within the Steinberg
educational policy.
• Give access to free-of-charge premium education support at edusupport@steinberg.de.

Steinberg can expect from a Steinberg Certified Training partner to:

• Agree on conducting business in an ethical manner reflecting favorably on the Steinberg Certified Train-
ing (SCT) Partner program and Steinberg.
• Use the SCT logo for promotional purposes only, e.g., website, show reel etc. Do not use the SCT logo on
any product or product demonstrations. Alternatively, refer to your Steinberg representative.
• Use the SCT logo only; the usage of the company logo is prohibited.
• Be willing to supply regular news and stories relating to the business that may be used in joint marketing
projects.
• Provide marketing material such as high-resolution logos and photos for representative purposes on the
Steinberg website.
• Be receptive to direct additional training by Steinberg.
• Use appropriate computers and software versions to reflect current technologies.
• Use registered and legal versions of all software.
• Have all Steinberg products registered under a nominated MySteinberg account.
• Agree on receiving direct EDU related e-mail communication from Steinberg.
