Terms and Conditions

All payments for membership dues are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All tickets for events are refundable not later than 15 days before the event. The name
on the valid ticket, or the last transferee thereof, must be the same person applying for
the refund.

All tickets are transferable not later than 15 days before the event. Before the close of
business hours (5:00 P.M.) of the date of the deadline, you are eligible to transfer your
ticket to someone else. Transfers must be completed by the original purchaser directly
through their myIBP portal not later than 15 days before the event. We do not support
transfers outside of the myIBP App, partial ticket-swaps or ticket sharing of any kind; nor
do we prorate ticket costs if you are only able to attend certain conference days; nor can
you apply the cost of a ticket to future events.

All tickets are automatically non-transferable, without need of further notice, less than 15
days before the event.

All tickets are delivered to your registered email, alternatively, you may access the
tickets in your myIBP account. We are not liable for any damage or loss due to wrong
delivery of tickets arising from errors in email addresses or other information you
provided to us.

We suggest you consider investing in travel insurance, in case an extenuating event

prevents you from attending. In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled, we will
refund only 50% of ticket cost to cover nonrefundable prepayments already made for the
event. We will not, however, be able to refund flight, hotel, or other purchases you may
make in connection with the event.

All listed speakers are confirmed -- however, sometimes life events such as sickness or
death in the family prevent them from making it at the last minute. Speaker cancellations
do not affect the cancellation policy. Purchase of a ticket indicates that you have read
and agreed to comply with this cancellation policy.

This policy is subject to change; all registered attendees will be notified of any changes.

All other fees, charges, and payments made via myIBP are non-refundable and non-
transferable, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions specific to the type of
payment offered for processing by the myIBP App.
