RE: FINAL DEMAND TO VACATE AND PAY REASONABLE RENTAL

Dear ____________________:

We are writing you in behalf of our client, _________________________,

regarding your unlawful occupation of its parcel of land covered by
_____________________________ and located at ______________________.

Despite being informed that our client needs the land for its
___________________________________ and notwithstanding repeated demands
(oral and written) for you to vacate the premises, you adamantly and
unjustifiably refused to do so. In view thereof, our clients lost valuable
business opportunities and transactions.

Thus, final demand is hereby made for you to vacate the aforesaid
premises covered by TCT ________________, demolish your structures and
turn over possession thereof to our clients within fifteen (15) days
from receipt of this notice. Demand is likewise made for you to pay a
reasonable amount of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP30,000.00) per
month for the use and occupation of the said parcel of land.

Otherwise, we shall be constrained to commence suit immediately in

order to protect our client’s rights and interest.
