I write to you to inform you that our office intends to conduct an Outreach Program
in your barangay, particularly conducting legal education to your barangay officials and
residents regarding Katarungang Pambarangay Law, Law on Violence Against Women and
their Children (VAWC), Rule on Small Claims, Responsible Use of Social Media and other
related matters. We assure you that this activity will give enlightenment to your constituents
making them well-informed citizens.

In this connection, we seek your help and assistance by helping us in encouraging

your officials and residents to attend and participate to this endeavour. And, we intend to do
this on May 27, 2019 (Monday) from 1:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon.

We will appreciate very much if you could visit our office to discuss the said activity
