AUTHORIZING VAN OLIVER M. DICANG, PUNONG BARANGAY AND CRISSY M. ANGYODA, BARANGAY
TREASURER OF LOWER QUIRINO HILL BARANGAY TO SIGN AS SIGNATORIES OF THE BANK ACCOUNT OF
LOWER QUIRINO HILL BARANGAY IN THE PHILIPPINE VETERANS BANK.

WHEREAS, the Lower Quirino Hill Barangay has an existing account at the Philippine Veterans Bank;

WHEREAS, Hon. Van Oliver M. Dicang is the duly elected Punong Barangay of Lower Quirino Hill Barangay for the
term 2013-2016;

WHEREAS, Crissy M. Angyoda is the Barangay Treasurer of Lower Quirino Hill Barangay appointed and duly
concurred by the Sangguniang Barangay;

WHEREAS, there is a need to update the authorized signatories of the Barangay at the Philippine Veterans Bank for
the barangay to transact business with the said bank;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of all, duly seconded, be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, that this body now assembled in session, TO AUTHORIZE VAN OLIVER M.
DICANG, PUNONG BARANGAY AND CRISSY M. ANGYODA, BARANGAY TREASURER OF LOWER QUIRINO
HILL BARANGAY TO SIGN AS SIGNATORIES OF THE BANK ACCOUNT OF LOWER QUIRINO HILL BARANGAY
IN THE PHILIPPINE VETERANS BANK.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished at the Office of the Bank Manager, Philippine
Veterans Bank Baguio City and Department of Interior and Local Government Baguio City Field Office for their
information and appropriate action.

APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. BRIDGET P. GUILOD AS THE BARANGAY NUTRITION ACTION
OFFICER (BNAO) OF LOWER QUIRINO HILL BARANGAY.

WHEREAS, Bridget P. Guilod, has expressed her willingness to serve as Barangay Nutrition Action Officer (BNAO) of
the Barangay;

WHEREAS, after thorough review and assessment of her qualifications, the Sangguniang Barangay unanimously
approved the appointment of Bridget P. Guilod as Barangay Nutrition Action Officer (BNAO);

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of all, duly seconded, be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to approve the appointment of Bridget P. Guilod as the Barangay Nutrition
Action Officer (BNAO) of Lower Quirino Hill Barangay.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished at the City Nutrition Office, City Accounting Office,

Barangay of Katangawan, this City, entitled: “Resolution authorizing Barangay Captain Maureen Christy N. Rodriguez
and Barangay Treasurer Carmelo S. Am-is, Sr. as the Official signatories of all bank transactions of the Government of
Barangay Katangawan, General Santos City to the official depository bank – Land Bank of the Philippines, National
Highway, General Santos City;” WHEREAS, after careful perusal of the provisions of the subject Barangay Resolution
under review, this Sanggunian finds the same to be in order and, hereby, declares the same to be within the
prescribed powers of the Sangguniang Barangay to pass;

A RESOLUTION REORGANIZING THE TASK FORCE ON YOUTH DEVELOPMENT,DESIGNATING THE
NOMINATED MEMBERS BY THE KATIPUNAN NG MGAKABATAAN OF BARANGAY 11, MALAYBALAY
CITY, BUKIDNON.WHEREAS,
Pursuant to Section 8 of Republic Act No. 10923 or AN ACTPOSTPONING THE OCTOBER 2016 BARANGAY AND SANGGUNIANG
KABATAANELECTIONS, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is mandated to promulgate therules and regulation necessary to
implement said act;
WHEREAS,
the Commission, in COMELEC Minute Resolution No. 17-0128,
dated 28 February 2017, “IN THE MATTER OF THE OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES ONTHE UTILIZATION OF SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN FUNDS FOR FY 2017” approved
to adopt the guidelines drafted by the Department of Interior and Local Government incoordination with the National Youth Commission (NYC),
and the Commission onElections (COMELEC);
WHEREAS,
Section 5, Rule 2 of the OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES ON THEUTILIZATION OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FUNDS FOR FY
2017 states that theTask Forced on Youth Development shall be created composed of a Chairperson andfour (4) members;
WHEREAS,
the 4 members of the Task Force shall be nominated at large by theKatipunan ng Kabataan and other youth organizations of the barangay
and the SKfunds are utilized solely for youth development.
