Background: In Indonesia death from a disease that can be prevented by
immunization rate is 25 per 1,000 live births. Posyandu was one person who was instrumental in the immunization program can prevented. a immunization is very important for infants because it can prevent some diseases such as Tuberculosis, Dipteri, Hepatitis and Poliomyelitis. Research Methods: This descriptive study was carried on in the puskesmas air gemuruh since in March-June of 2013 with a total sampling technique with the total amount to 45 people using a questionnaire Research Results: Based on the results of research conducted on 45 respondents in the majority of the respondents are knowledgeable know a good 21 (46,7%), education by 17 (31,1%) the respondents had elementary and junior high school by age 11 (24,4%), the respondents were aged 31-40 years, based on long work 16 (35,6%) the respondents who long worked> 5 years, and based liveliness 15 (33,3%) the respondents with liveliness > 6 times.
