A Robbery Thwarted by Security Guard

A house in Bandar Lampung at Green Residence was infiltrated by two robbers on

Thursday night (7/1). The robbers were almost successful taking a motorcycle and
some money belong to the owner of the house who was falling asleep. Fortunately, the
robbery was failed by security of the house complex.

The incident occurred around 20:00 pm when the homeowner Yanto (35) was asleep.
They came into house by breaking a window with a screwdriver. The robbers ruffled
closet. And then they brought some money and took a key motor lying in living room.
Yanto who was asleep, heard the sound of gate which is shifted. “While I was sleeping,
I heard the sound of the gate which is being moved. Then I immediately woke up to
check it. How shocked I am when I saw all the messy stuff. Suddenly I immediately
shouted thief” he said.

Luckily, there were 3 securities complex heard Yanto’s screaming and thwart the
robery. They arrested the two robbers who wanted to run away bringing the Yanto’s
motorcycle. “We had a fight with the robbers. However, we can handle it and catch them
then we bring them to the post “, said one of the securities.

Hearing the incident, police units of Bandar Lampung came to the location to pick up the
robbers. “They are thieves who have become target of the police in the last 2 months.
They often act around Bandar Lampung” said Brig. Hendro local police chief. Now the
two robbers were in prison.
 Sebuah Perampokan Digagalkan oleh Satpam
Sebuah rumah di peumahan Green Residence Bandar Lampung telah disusupi oleh
dua perampok pada Kamis malam (7/1). Para perampok tersebut hampir berhasil
mengambil sepeda motor dan uang milik pemilik rumah yang sedang tertidur.
Untungnya, perampokan itu digagalkan oleh keamanan kompleks perumahan
setempat.

Insiden ini terjadi sekitar pukul 20.00 WIB saat pemilik rumah Yanto (35) sedang tidur.
Mereka datang ke rumah dengan merusak jendela dengan obeng. Para perampok
tersebut mengacak-acak lemari. Dan kemudian mereka membawa sejumlah uang dan
mengambil kunci motor yang tergeletak di ruang tamu. Yanto yang sedang tidur,
mendengar suara gerbang yang bergeser. “Ketika saya sedang tidur, saya mendengar
suara pintu gerbang yang dipindahkan. Lalu aku segera bangun untuk memeriksa.
Betapa terkejutnya saya ketika melihat semua barang-barang yang berantakan. Tiba-
tiba saya langsung berteriak pencuri” ujarnya.

Untungnya, ada 3 satpam yang mendengar teriakan Yanto dan menggagalkan

pencurian tersebut. Mereka menangkap dua perampok yang ingin melarikan diri
dengan membawa sepeda motor Yanto. “Kami sempat berkelahi dengan perampok.
Namun, kami bisa mengatasinya dan menangkap mereka lalu kami membawa mereka
ke pos”, kata salah satu satpam.

Mendengar kejadian itu, satuan unit polisi dari Polres Bandar Lampung datang ke lokasi
untuk menjemput perampok. “Mereka adalah pencuri yang telah menjadi target polisi
dalam 2 bulan terakhir. Mereka sering bertindak di sekitar Bandar Lampung” kata
Brigjen. Hendro kepala polisi setempat. Saat ini kedua perampok tersebut mendekap di
penjara.
