1. Work daily: constantly pursue your art. Learning curve increases.
2. Volume vs quality: produce a lot of art at the beginning, to ensure that you are in the loop and learning a lot. Perfectionism might slow you down and you have more chances of success if you make a lot of volume of art. You tend to learn more when you do a lot of different stuff. 3. Steal: steal from many to learn. Find your idols. Copy paste in a file as a reference and inspiration. You can always come back to the file and see how did they do that. 4. Conscious learning: its not about putting more time that will give you better results, not linear progression. You have to be conscious of what you are doing. 5. Rest: when relaxed in doing other stuff you get sometimes ideas of your actual work. You can also work on other stuff so when you come back to the first thing you have a better perspective on it. See your work with fresh eyes. 6. Get Feedback: successful artist seek a lot amount of feedback. Seek criticism and actually listen to it. It saves you a lot of time that you would do on your own to improve. 7. Create what you love: make art about thing you are really interested in.
