Rules to Follow.
 Checking Out time 12.00pm, all room door keys are programmed to disconnect automatically, if extending
please inform the reception additional charges may apply. If not checked out from the Rooms,
Automatically Late check out Rs 5,350 will be charged to the Guest Directly.
 All no shows, reductions and cancellations will be charge as single, double or triple occupancy in the room
category contracted.
 Do not wear sleeveless T shirts (men) and / or shorts / or slippers for dinner.
 Do not enter to the public areas with wet clothes and bare foot
 Do not disturb other swimming pool users
 Any liability of RIU for any damages derived from the reservation made, both contractual and extra-
contractual, will be charged directly from the Group
 Do not disturb other hotel clients and / or hotel staff after alcohol consumption. Management reserve the
right to expel any guests who is not respecting basic politeness behavior
 In the event of the happening of any circumstances beyond the control of RIU, a threat or way of behavior,
which, in the opinion of RIU, can cause booked facilities and/or amenities to be unavailable,
 For any Property or Linen Damages, it will be directly charge from the Guests and the corporate company/
Agent will be liable to it.
 Entrance to Disco and Spa will be 18y and above only.
 Musical Items (Guitars / drums / e.t.c ) are not allowed at the Hotel Premises unless approved .
 Poya days we do not Serve Liquor or alcohol

 Any Special requests Must be confirmed by Sales/Operations Department at least 3 days prior
