DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale (the “Deed”) is made and entered into by and
between:

JOHN PAUL TAGAMOLILA, of legal age, Filipino, married and

resident of Bacolod City, hereinafter referred to as the "VENDOR";

- and –

JUAN MIGUEL VALDERRAMA, of legal age, Filipino, married and

a resident of Bacolod City, hereinafter referred to as the "VENDEE";

RECITALS:

The VENDOR is the registered owner of an agricultural lot/fishpond

situated in the Municipality of Ilog, Negros Occidental.

The VENDEE is willing and able to purchase the subject lot, subject to the
terms and conditions set forth therein.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE HUNDRED

FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 550,000.00), the same is hereby acknowledged by
the VENDOR to her full and complete satisfaction, thus the VENDOR hereby
SELLS, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS unto the VENDEE, to its heirs, successors-in-
interest and assigns, the above-described property free from all liens and
encumbrances.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the City of Bacolod, Philippines, this
______________________, personally appeared the parties as above-indicated,
both known to me and to me known to be the same persons who executed the
foregoing instrument which they acknowledged to me to be of their own, free
and voluntary act and deed.

This Deed of Absolute Sale is composed of two (2) pages, including the
page on which this acknowledgment is written and has been signed by the
parties on each and every page and their instrumental witnesses on this second
and last page.
