formally place a bulk order since Valentines is fast approaching and we are receiving advanced
client request for February 14.
The order total is $312.5, and we will be paying you through a check upon delivery. We will
also be paying you $85 to cover the cost of shipping. We place this on the clear understanding
that the consignment is dispatched in time to reach us by 29 th of January, and reserve to
cancel it and to refuse delivery after this date.

I am writing to notify you of a claim for damaged flowers against your company. Last Monday,
January 29th, at around 2 p.m., upon the delivery of the flowers, I found that there were some
flowers that got bent stems, withered petals, and wrong color. I am expecting a higher level
of service from your company to immediately replace the damaged flowers and for us to be
able to cater all the advanced orders and provide customer satisfaction to my own clients.
The company is expecting that the replacement should arrive before 6th of February. As
compensation for all these problems, I don’t want to be charged for the delivery fee since it
was not my company’s fault.

I am writing because it has come to my attention that the work productivity has been
decreasing. Clients are complaining of slow service and there has been a lot of orders getting
delayed. Clients trust that they will find consistently good service.
I found out that the reason behind this problem is that some employees are surfing the
internet during work hours. To help preserve this trust, as a CEO of this company, a new policy
will be implemented.
1. Employees are only allowed to surf the internet after works hours or if it is an
emergency.
