EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Event 360 is a full- service Event Management Company based in Panjim for Corporate
Events, Conferences, Branding, Expo & Trade Shows and Weddings.

The main aim of this project is to understand and educate myself about the event
management industry and to have a clear understanding of the overall processes involved in event
planning.

This project consists of the company profile, event management and its marketing strategies,
my learning and contribution during my internship at Event 360 Panjim.

This project contains all my work that I have accomplished during my internship at Event
360 Panjim
INTRODUCTION TO EVENT MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY
The economy of India is growing by aps and bun and there are various ever – growing
industries that are contributing to increasing the Nation’s coffers. One such industry is that of event
management. This industry has come a long way since the last 10 years or so. and today it’s no less
than a multi-crore industry, as a whole. Moreover, the size of the company varies from the rather
small ones that manage small functions such as birthday and weddings, to the larger players, who
organize national and international occasions. During the early part of the 1900s, the industry had to
spend up to Rs. 20 crores, per annum on functions. In the last couple of years, all the companies are
spending to the tune of approximately Rs. 1,800 crores, per annum.

Today, there are a number of people, who have entered the field because they realize the
potential of the market where demand and supply is concerned. In fact, the most profitable aspect
of this field is the need for creativity and that is how and where one earns. There are people, who are
part of this profession on an individual basis, or then as a company, having pooled in together
resource- financial and work force.

The industry in India involves the requirement of various skills that have cause it to grow the
way it is in recent such. These skills include:

 A study on Employee Job Satisfaction at Event 360.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

 The research was done to find out various factors that affect employees
satisfaction and indeed forcing employees to leave the jobs increasing
employee attrition rate

OBJECTIVE OF THE RESEARCH

 To find out whether employee are satisfied with their current job they
perform.
 To find out reasons for employees to resign from the company.
 To know what changes employees want to bring in the existing work
environment.

Exploratory Design
The Exploratory Design was conducted to know the unknown facts of Employee Job
Satisfaction which can be the main problems for absenteeism, lower productivity and high
attrition rate in the organization. A questionnaire was prepared to be followed.

CONCLUSION

I can honestly say that my that my time spent interning with Event 360
resulted in one of the best summers of my life. Not only did I gain practical
skills I also had the opportunity to meet many fantastic people. The
atmosphere in the office was always welcoming which made me feel like home.
Additionally, I felt like I was able to contribute to the company by assisting and
working on projects throughout the summer.
Overall, my internship at Event 360 has been a success. I was able to gain
practical skills, work in a fantastic environment and make connections that will last a
lifetime. I could not be more thankful.
