Accomplishment Report

1. Corner Lamp & Head Light

- Replaced the old with new grills and replaced terminals inside.
- Restored the dimmed left side of the headlight.

2. Clutch Operating Assembly

- Removed the assembly due to worn out piston that cause leakage, thus hardens the clutch
pad.
- Replaced with a brand new asssembly.
3. Radiator
- Undergone rust removal and overhaul to remove blockages from the water rows, thus
making the cooling system of the engine more efficient.
4. Clutch Booster Assembly
- Removed the booster due to worn out vacuum inside. Thus, hardens the brake pedal and
affects the clutch pedal as well.
5. Clearance Lights
- Restored all busted clearance lights in front and rear

6. Ball Mirror & Side Mirror

- Replaced faded side mirror with a brand new one.
- Installed new ball mirror for sight improvement for maneuvering the truck.
7. Engine Oil Change
- Removed expired oil and filter
- Replaced with a new oil filter and loaded 7 liters of Shell R4x Diesel Oil.
8. Propeller Removal and Replacement
- Removed propeller shaft from Transmission to replace two (2) crossjoint assembly.
- Installed grease inside the crossjoint bearings for smooth lubrication.
