OVERVIEW
rSCADA is based on the Labview platform from National Instruments. This gives it all the immense
functionality, flexibility and power of Labview.
Radix also manufactures sensors, transmitters, isolators and RS485 compatible instruments. Together with
rSCADA, Radix offers end-to-end solutions for a variety of process monitoring applications.

ISOSCAN SCANNER
Typically, rSCADA is supplied as an .exe file. The Radix instruments which can be connected, and how many, is
factory set. The user is able to use all the features and facilities that are required during RUN time. For example,
giving/changing tag names, modifying trend screens for number of trends, X and Y axis scaling, setting logging
interval, etc.
This approach allows a cost-effective, ready-to-use solution even for small and tiny applications.
Also, the user needs no programming skills, and minimal skills to use rSCADA. Anyone familiar with a computer
should be able to work with rSCADA.

The trends facility in rSCADA is called HDV (Historical Data Viewer). The facilities in HDV allow great
flexibility to the user.
· Any number of trend screens (factory set)
· Any number of trends in one screen
· View historical trends like live trends
· Multiple Y-axes with independent scale for each
· Time axis scaling from milliseconds to days
· Switch between real time and historical trends with one button click.
· Export trend values to MS Excel, etc.
· Zoom in/out
· Scroll along the time (X) axis to view recorded data from any time period
See Facilities List (P11) for more information.

FAQ
Q : Can I change the type and quantity of instruments connected to my rSCADA systems?
A : rSCADA is supplied factory configured for this. Thus, if you had specified 2 scanners when ordering,
you cannot add a 3rd, or replace one scanner with a RH+T indicator.
