JUNIOR COORDINATOR – ADMISSIONS DEPARTMENT
Purpose of the Admissions Department:
· The reception, the information of the public about any question concerning the admittance and the
schooling of the students;
· The organization of the sessions of exams in connection with the teachers and the central services
of the Parisian universities and the transmission of the exams results to the students.
· The fulfillment of all the administrative and educational operations ending in the registration of the
students, in the organization of their studies and in the followup of their university life in
correspondence to the UAE rules and French rules (in particular in that of the universities of Paris
Sorbonne university and Rene Descartes University).
Employee responsibilities:
· Under the control of the Head of Department and in collaboration with the other employees of the
department, he/she will be responsible for handling the students registration forms, their follow up
and participating in all preparations for exams.
· Ensure secretarial work in all three languages (Arabic, English and French) and executing ordinary
administrative tasks.
· Establish regular statistical reports.

Receiving public and giving them all necessary information
Ensuring the registration forms and their administrative follow up
Participating in the preparations for exams sessions
Participating in the trilingual secretarial work of the Department
Skills:
Fluent in French / English / Arabic
Good computer skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Sense of organization and order and proceeding methodically
Excellent ability to administrative work
Sense of human relations and team work
