Vehicle Diagnostic Report

Upon checking the vehicle (Foton Mini Coach), our technician found out that unit is in good
condition (Engine System - good condition, Transmission System - subject for overhaul (need to
dismantle to specify the damaged parts, brake system - brake shoe (front and rear) need to replace.
Following parts listed below was subject for replacement.

Parts to be replaced:

Brake shoe Front and Rear

Air conditioning system (no longer cold)
Clutch lining
Clutch booster
Clutch master
Air dryer
Fly wheel
Clutch component (Clutch disc, Pressure plate, Release bearing, Pilot bearing)
Oil pan gasket
Sluck Adjuster
Air drier
For wheel hub bearing grease repacking
Subject for Major PMS (Periodic Maintenance Schedule) – Oil filter, Engine oil, Transmission oil

Overall summary, engine, transmission and suspension system will last until 3 to 5 years (but this will
vary on the use of the driver). Also Vehicle should maintain every 5,000KM or every 3 months whichever
comes first.
