LAB WORK TASK 2

LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the end of this lab session, student should be able:


1. To create a simple spreadsheet using Microsoft excel 2016.
2. To use several basic functions of excel 2016 correctly to display specific information needed.

PROCEDURE

1. Create a table as shown in figure 1 using Microsoft excel 2016 in sheet 1.


2. Copy your table to sheet 2 of your workbook.
3. Select cell D6 and type your first name
4. Clear the contents in row 14.
5. Delete column G.
6. Using either cut and paste or drag and drop, move the contents of row 18 to row 14.
7. Use the fill handle to put an X in cells F9:F17.
