Project Scope :
My Pension Release 4 is a Project which was based on the Pension of US client employees which includes
different types of Participants (Cash Balance and Final Pay Participants) eligible for the pension, they can
opt for different benefits options available to them and request a distribution.

When the employees are undergoing distribution, they have to opt for special benefits options from the
total 32 benefit options and based on that tax was applicable, for different countries different taxes were
applicable, based on relationship between the two countries (America and other) tax was applicable for
NRA minimum 30% taxes were applicable and more based on the relationship.

After the tax, employees were required to choose the payment method how they want money using
Check or direct deposit. After everything was selected by the employee then Review and Submit page
was displayed were the employee could review the things which he selected earlier.

Responsibilities:

• Tested the defect from the QA side and provided better deployment.
• Participated in daily status calls and project status meetings.
• Initiated the exploratory testing and implemented successfully by tracking down the critical
defects.
• Developed test approach documents, Test cases on Business Requirements, Test and Bug
Reports & Tracking Business requirements have been achieved or not.
• Used JIRA as Bug tracking tool to centralize the bugs & also to log and Review the issue
status.
