    PROBLEM Lack of interest and unwillingness to understand about
    IDENTIFICATION the benefit of insurance among the target population
    REASON Not optimum return on investment
    Lack of awareness
    Belief of money wastage in case of health insurance

    Getting insurance through the job.

    SOLUTION IDENTIFIED Modifying some rules of IRDA. i.e. merge insurance with
    mutual fund.
