Right now, is a subject of complains that's why there are several requests that was
forwarded to/ written to the City Assessor's Office.

(03:41) LFC's decisions, because these are all money matters that is due to the City
Government, to forward all the documents to the City Treasurer for these
clients/requestors to pay immediately but should they wish under protest.

Payment Under Protest
 if there will be some questions to the assessment made by the City Treasurer as
to taxes. The tax payer could have to pay in full the taxes assessed and
afterwards they can file protest within 30 days after payment in full of the
taxes for the whole year.
 within 60 days upon receipt of the protest, the City Treasurer will act on the
said protest
 further, if it will be in favor of the taxpayer then the overpayment will be applied
to tax credit for future tax obligation.
 if the appeal is denied or not acted within 60 days by the City Treasurer, the
taxpayer concern could now go to the Assessment Appeal Board to further
question the decision of the City Treasurer

pay under protest, and grant taxpayer's appeal. But in the meantime, demand
for the collection in full amount.

Computerization

 LFC should come up with a resolution to categorized errors made and for
appropriate action for certain type of error (25:43)

2. Submit a letter request requesting for Computer Organic Program to service the
tax mapping and appraiser, etc. the entire process flow for the City Assessor,
together with the project design, to be consider for SB1 inclusion
