Regular Facultymeans:
 Full time on roll with prescribed pay scale. An employee on contract for a period of

and implementation as prescribed by the State Government. In case State

accordingly.

 Basing on the self appraisal performance appraisals are prepared by the HOD and
which are in turn reviewed by the Principal and salaries will be incremented
accordingly.
Its implementation and effectiveness:
Implementation:
 The faculty will be informed about his/her shortcomings in teaching a particular
subject.
 The End semester results are also assessed using the Result Analysis for every subject
handled by the faculty.
 Feedback from the students will be taken thrice in a semester.
Effectiveness:
 Salary increments are given according to their performance
 Incentives for paper publications, FDPs and achieving above 90% pass percentage in
their respective subjects will be given to the faculty.
 Cash awards are awarded for the faculty retended for 10 years and 15 years.

5.9. Visiting/Adjunct/Emeritus Faculty etc. (10)

Adjunct faculty also includes Industry experts. Provide details of participation


and contributions in teaching and learning and /or research by
visiting/adjunct/Emeritus faculty etc. for all the assessment years:
 Provision of inviting/having visiting/adjunct/emeritus faculty(1)
 Minimum 50 hours per year interaction with adjunct faculty from
industry/retired professors etc.
(Minimum 50 hours interaction in a year will result in 3 marks for that year; 3
marks x 3 years = 9 marks)
