IRON MAN 3: Still the best Marvel Movie

ever Made

~I watched this movie without watching the trailers.

In spite of of viewers’ reaction, Iron Man 3 stands tall as the paramount
Marvel movie ever made. If you are a stick-in-the-mud Marvel fan, there is a
certain case that you will not going to like this movie because it lacks the common
elements found in a typical Marvel movie: the superhero bravado, the intense
villain beat-up and all the pumped-up superhero action scenes. All of these are
childish recipes for an ‘average’ superhero movie; this movie however transcends
from those elements and focuses on depth. Iron Man 3 revolves around Tony
Stark’s fear, weakness, guilt and his introspective character against a very unusual
yet witty antagonist.
“We create our own demons”, Tony’s main villain here are the demons
inside his head, sidelined by Killian, the Extremis and the Mandarin. His guilt is
gripping his soul out and with an additional handicap, his PTSD; he is definitely on
the other side of the card. Without his iron armor and his AI-buddy, Jarvis, he is
definitely alone to face the challenges, he has nothing but himself. This is where
the real superpower inside him emerges, he proves that the man inside the armor is
still the hero others failed to see, and it’s the power of Tony Stark- endeavor.
This third installment of the Iron Man series is the fitting exit for Iron Man
and a remarkable entrance for Tony Stark. Pepper Potts, Tony’s dearest partner
made the significant impact in her character which bore that love withstands all
adversities. Tony is willing to sacrifice everything, even his suits, just to keep her
safe and out of harm. The fact that Tony acknowledges all of his mistakes and
failures makes him more of a realistic character capable of reaching an
indispensable lesson to the audience. This movie is basically about Tony Stark, not
Iron Man, on how he used his armor as a cocoon for him to grow and change from
a fictional character to a realistic one.
