1 Spider glass inspection
2 Check weather glass size and combination are as per approved drawings

3 Check whether there are any air bubble in case lamination glass physically visual

4 Check the diagonal and edge polishing of the glass are done properly no rough
edges visible
5 Check the overlap of lamination are done properly with minimum +/- 2mm
tolerance accepted
6 Check the holes of glass are as per design with respect to edge distance

7 Check for lamination sheets are properly cut no overlapp physically visual near the
holes and throughout
8 Check for stress at bend corner
Installation of Spider Glasses
1 Check bracket support for 4 way,2 way one spider are rigidly fixed to the substrate

2 Check for tension rods are rigidly torqued with earplates and as per design

3 Check for line and level are maintained for the tension rod with minimum tolerance
of +/- 2mm
4 Check whether the articulated routels at glasses are fixed properly with threads
perpendical to head and nut are tightened
5 Check for glasses are installed in plumb and line or as per design

6 Check for groove maintained as per design

7 Weather sealant application from inside and outside with respect to the required
byte size as per groove design
8 Check for top bottom and side end detail of glass termination are as per approved
drawing.
