4. COMMERCIAL TERMS AND& CONDITIONS:-

I. Payment terms: 40% advance, 50% against delivery & 10% against T&C.
II. Delivery: 2 weeks from the date of advance payment received & the design approved.
III. Warranty: 1 year form the date of Handing over. However, warranty coverage shall not
include wear & tear, consumables, abuse/misuse/wrong use of the components.
IV. Validity: This quotation is valid for a period of 10 days only.

5. SPECIAL NOTES:-

1. All the enclosures are Metal Enclosure Form-2 type.

2. MCB, Relay, Fuse, Transformer, Indication Lamp also considered.
3. If there is any deviation in section 4 as per actual requirement price implication is applicable.

6. EXCLUSIONS:

1. Installation of Panels.
