JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT (ORIGINAL)

Place : Dili – Timor Leste.

This Agreement was made by Two Parties:

1. Yustina Nago,SH as Directress of Maidalo I Consultant, Lda.

Then as the First Party.
2. Eng. Wistiandono A. Harsono, as Director of PT. Parama Karya Mandiri.
Then as the Second Party

Both Parties agreed to establish cooperation on Preparation of Detailed Engineering Design for Road
Rehabilitation of “Municipio Roads”, Package 5 Turiskai to Alas with the following conditions:
1. Financial (Bank Account) and administration document related with this project was prepared by Maidalo
I Consultant, Lda.
2. Technical Proposal was prepared by PT. Parama Karya Mandiri Konsultant.
3. Technical Team from PT. Parama Karya Mandiri Konsultant will work together with Technical Team from
Maidalo I Consultan, Lda.
4. PT. Parama Karya Mandiri Konsultant, Authorizes Maidalo I Consultant, Lda to sign a work contract with
client.
5. For Bank Account on point 1 will be responsible by Maidalo I Consultant, Lda.
6. Both Parties agreed to appoint Maidalo I Consultant as leader of this Joint Venture.
7. This Agreement is valid since it was signed by both parties.
This agreement was made to be used as well as possible.
