Dear staff,

First of all, I want to say thank you all the hard-working staff of our company. We are very
happy to notify you that our January sales have reached 3 million dollars. This sales figure is
more than 40% of our forecasted sales for the month of January. This figure and performance of
some previous months show that our company is going in the right direction and our company is
rising in terms of sales and revenue.

Our company is thankful to all of the staff that is currently part of our organization. A human is a
key element in any organization to reach the required goals. We believe that this target would not
have been possible without all our hard-working staff.

As a result of this huge improvement in company sales, company management decided to grant a
bonus of $500 of all employees. A bonus payment will be given with next month salary. Keep up
the good work.
