Greetings!

Solemne began in 2012 when friends came together to answer the call to create new music for the
Revised English translation of the Third Roman Missal, Typical Edition. Released in August 2012, Misa
Solemne became the first proof of the newfound group’s mission: to share the joy and love of Christ,
and to evangelise, through the ministry of music. Called together to sing as friends and bound by their
desire to serve, Solemne aims to build the foundations of a legacy of faithful worship, beautiful music,
meaningful friendship and joyful service under the aegis of our Almighty God.

It is in this intent that we write you; as part of our pastoral duties, we are holding a Marian choral
festival entitled “For Mary: Expressions of Faith, Hope, and Love”. It is our pleasure to invite you to take
part in this music festival to raise funds for the partner parish and their PPC, the participating choirs, and
for Solemne’s other pastoral duties and goals. The festival will be held on May 25, 2019, in the Holy
Family Parish of Kamias.

We send you this letter in the hopes that you will become part of our years of service and music by
giving back to the communities who have welcomed us and our music. We invite you to help Solemne
