Elder Lich Travels: As part of advancing through the elder lich epic prestige class, the
elder lich must make a trip to the Astral Plane for 1d12 months of study before it can
take another level of this class.

Continued Spellcasting: The elder lich gains new spells per day (and spells known, if
applicable) as if he or she had also gained a level in a spellcasting class to which he
or she belonged before adding the prestige class level. If already an epic spellcaster,
the character gains only the benefit noted under the Spells entry for that epic class.
He or she does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would
have gained. If the character had more than one spellcasting class before becoming
an elder lich, the player must decide to which class to add the new level for the
purpose of determining spells per day.

Innate Magic: At each level, choose on of the Demilich's at will abilities; the elder lich
may use that spell-like ability twice per day. Choosing summon monster uses the
seventh level version, summon monster VII.

Bulwark of Undeath (Turning): Add twice the elder lich's class levels to its turn
resistance.
Bulwark of Undeath (Epic): The elder lich's damage reduction of 15/magic and
bludgeoning becomes 15/epic.

Timeless Touch: The elder lich's touch attack deals 1d6+2 damage per class level.

Bulwark of Undeath (Resistance): The elder lich gains resistance to acid, fire, and
sonic equal to twice its class level.

Bulwark of Undeath (Epic and Bludgeoning): The elder lich's damage reduction of
15/epic becomes 15/epic and bludgeoning.

Demilich Transformation: At tenth level, the elder lich's skeletal form erodes away to
the distinct form of a demilich (typically a jewel-beset skull). All class features before
this point are incorporated into the template and do not stack. It assumes to level
adjustment and acquires its soul gems without expending XP or gp.

Bonus Feats*:
Automatic Quicken Spell, Automatic Silent Spell, Automatic Still Spell, Epic Spell
Focus, Epic Spell Penetration, Epic Spellcasting, Familiar Spell, Ignore Material
Components, Improved Combat Casting, Improved Spell Capacity, Permanent
Emanation, Multispell, Negative Energy Burst, Spectral Strike, Spell Stowaway, Spell
Opportunity, Tenacious Magic, Undead Mastery, Zone of Animation.

*=Characters who have benefited from the Advanced Learning class ability may
choose to substitute another instance of that class ability instead of taking a new
feat. This applies to any similar ability, at the DM's discretion.
