    Stage 3- System Design and Documentation Development

    Support on development of documentation to meet ISO/TS 16949 requirements.

    Stage 4- Implementation

    o Implementation of Environmental Management System to ISO/TS 16949 standard.


    o Provide ISO/TS Awareness and Internal ISO/TS 16949 Process Approach Internal
    Auditor Training
    o Review on the effective implementation of the newly developed Quality
    Management System

    Stage 5- Audit & Review


    Perform pre-compliance audit and corrective action advice.
