Executive Summary

CI(continuous improvement) team will conduct a

campaign to reduce waste inside the campus. The reason
why we are conducting this campaign is to address to them
the importance of proper waste disposal inside and outside
the campus. We will use different strategies in order for them
to understand the effect of improper disposal of garbage’s.

Project Description

First we need the confirmation of our subject teacher

to identify weather if it is acceptable or not. The campaign
should be eco-friendly since then we’re advocating the
cleanliness inside and outside of the campus. Lastly,
teamwork is necessary to achieve this kind of project.
Continuous improvement means—Good, better, never let it
rest, till the good is better and the better.
