    - Production Lead Time 21days after 50% Downpayment : Additional 7 days allowance for Special Customized
    Products
    - Delivery and then Installation within 7 days after 50% Balance is settled
    - Solid Surfaces, Quartz, Synthetic Granite and Marble,Marble and Steel Countertops Delivery and Installation
    will be upon the availability of the supplier.
    - Plumbing and electrical works are excluded unless specified.
    - Below 20 Thousand will have delivery charges.

    Payment Terms
    - Terms of Payment: 50% for Down Payment and 50% Before Delivery & Installation
    - Any revision made after the finalization of design will have surcharges.
