Access practicum guideline or announcement according to various programs via *OUM portal
two months before the Form submission deadline (For January semester: 31January, For May
semester: 31 May, For September semester: 30 September)

To get approval and validation from school (Preschool/Tadika).

Print the following documents via *OUM portal:
• OUM letter for practicum placement
• Letter of Authorization from KPM (if applicable)

Send all the completed forms via:

• Letter of endorsement on teaching experience (if applicable)
Note: please check acknowledgment receipt of form via myVLE within one week.

The commencement of teaching practicum is based on date approved by the school/institution.

Co-teacher:
• Appointment letter
• Roles and responsibilities Co-Teacher & Claim form
• Co-teacher information form
• Practicum Observation form for Co-Teacher
Students:
• Appendix 1 to Appendix 12
• Attendance sheet

Student MUST:
• Complete and submit portfolio upon completion of practicum.
• Acknowledge receipt form (Appendix 5).
• Submit the co-teacher claim form and copy of IC separately.
• Submit personally or post it to the following address:
