General Note
 Specialist for Human Resources Administrator shall mandatorily advise the resigning Employee of the Levy Balance for his \ her IQAMA in order NOT to have a Default Deductions from his \ her Entitlement if he \ she wishes to resign in NOT Completing his \ her
Contractual Agreements but this process will not be implemented to Employees under Probation (90) Days which can be sent to his \ her country of origin without having to Pay any Levy Balance.
 The Resident Permit (IQAMA) Validity Balance with Two (2) Months are waive to be NOT Treated as a Deduction to the Employees Entitlements Particulars.
