Review Calibration Equipment

And

Documenting the Status of the Instrumentation Devices on the Multi Process Rigs

For this lab you will select one of the Multi Process Rigs and document the as found calibration values
for each instrumentation device on the trainer. For each instrumentation device you will fill in
calibration and reports supplied with this lab. As part of the calibration procedure you will need to
document any calibration equipment that you have used and the asset number for each device. The
documentation the calibration equipment is required in case you calibration equipment is later found to
be faulty will be able to determine what equipment in the lab should have its calibration reviewed.

This will start the calibration procedures by first testing the operation of the control valves. Each valve
will be stroked using the 4 to 20 mA loop calibrator and monitoring the HART valve position data as well
as physical position of the valve is indicated on the stroke indicator.
