    Dear all,

    Its been noticed that there are many leaves been taken both informed and un informed which is not
    acceptable.
    This was already mentioned during the orientation sessions that attendance is mandatory for completing
    the internship successfully, if not followed properly might even cause your internship and also
    Certificate issuance.

    THINGS TO FOLLOW

     Reach office on time.- reaching late will be marked as leave

     Formal dress.- if not will be asked to leave the office

     ID cards ( with photo ) – if not will be asked to leave the office

     Signing attendance register – if not will be marked as leave

     Daily Market Dynamics Report – to be sent by 9am

     Daily Reports- to be sent by 6pm ( not 9/10/11 pm)

    Hence going forward for any casual leaves taken your internship
    days will be extended to 1 week and any sick leaves taken you
    should provide a valid Doctor certificate
    Consider this mail as a FINAL WARNING!
