Complaint Details :
Complaint Description : My PNR no. is 6431327939 .On e-ticket it is showing that train timing is 03:35 pm and I made this ticket through tatkal portal on 02 july
2019.On reaching station at 3:30pm It was found that train has been departed at 3:25 pm,which is its new effective timing from 01.07.2019
but it is nowhere mention on ticket. Kindly resolve my issue and refund my money back.
