TRAIL IN CASE OF INTEGRITY OR IDENTIFICATION OF THE SPECIMEN NEEDS TO BE ESTABLISHED AND TO MAINTAIN A
SCOPE NUMBER OF RECORDS WHICH SUBSTANTIATE THE VALIDITY OF TESTING DONE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF RESULTS FOR
PATIENT RECORDS.
