WE, ERLINDA NIA, PAUL SILNIA ASUION and JAIME ALADO VANA,
all of legal ages, Filipino citizens and residents of Barangay Paradise,
Gonzaga, Cagayan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state:

1. WE are the plaintiffs in the above-captioned COMPLAINT;

2. WE have caused the preparation and filing of the foregoing COMPLAINT;

3. WE have read the contents of the foregoing COMPLAINT and WE attest

that the same are true and correct to the best of our knowledge and on
the basis of the documents in our possession;

4. WE further attest to the authenticity and due execution of the original

Divisions thereof, or any other tribunal or agency;

7. If WE should hereafter learn that a similar action or proceeding has been

filed or is pending before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, or the
different Divisions thereof, or any other tribunal or agency, we undertake
to promptly inform this Honorable Court of that fact within five (5) days
from notice.
