SUPPLY CONDITIONS
1. ABOUT QUOTATION
Above quotation is EXW FACTORY PRICE.
2. PAYMENT TERM
30% as down payment by TT, balance will be paid before goods leave seller's factory.
3. DELIVERY TIME
10 WORKING DAYS after receiving down payment.
4. QUALITY GUARANTEE
100% brand new when leaving the factory. We will guarantee quality of equipment for
one year (from the date of trial run) excluding wear parts. If our customers find any
part of equipment (excluding wear parts) defective in the first year, we will replace
free-of-cost. Also for long term cooperation, we will provide wear parts with favorable
prices to our customers in the lifespan of equipment.
5. FOUNDTAION BUILDING, EQUIPMENT INSTALLTAION AND COMMISSIONING,
WORKERS TRANING
After both sides sign the contract, we will provide project layout drawing, equipment
installation drawing and project foundation drawing to our customers. According to
scale of project and situations of engineer of our customers, we will send our engineers
to guide foundation building and equipment installation and commissioning. Our
engineers are responsible for guiding our customers to rightly operate machines after
installation and commission. At the same time, Our customer will provide board and
lodging, also round trip ticket and 80 USD for every engineer each day.
6. OUR SERVICE
Our company is famous in China, and we already obtained ISO9000, BV, CE and CCC
quality certificate. In South Africa, our products already sold to Uganda, Sudan, Algeria,
Cameroon, Kenya, Mauritius, Morocco, Nigeria, Zambia and also we have branch office
