Dear Hon. Lim,

Good Day!

I regretfully inform that I will be resigning from the position of Local School Board Teacher assigned
at Semirara National High School. Although working with the Barangay Semirara Local Government Unit and
Semirara National High School has been a pleasure, due to certain unavoidable personal reasons my
presence required elsewhere. I apologize for this decision to be abrupt and do hope that my leaving will not
cause any inconvenience.
Your institute is among the best institutes I have encountered. The quality of teaching, curriculum
and the healthy liberty given to the students is commendable. I will miss my students very much. Their
enthusiasm towards learning and their unending curiosity kept me on my toes to remain abreast of the current
issues. It was my pleasure to have taught such great minds.
I have learned a lot while teaching here. Working with you all for the past 11 months has been a
wonderful experience. I have learned a lot from the opportunities provided to me here and have seen myself
grow personally as well as professionally during my tenure.
But I would like to state that I have thoroughly enjoyed working at Brgy. Semirara. It was a rich
learning experience and I will take with me all the memories that I made here with my colleagues. I have
enjoyed being part of this and my tenure has been very rewarding. I appreciate the experiences and
opportunities that I have embarked upon here.
I hope my resignation does not cause you any inconvenience. I once again apologize for notifying
you on such a short notice.
