APPROVING THE RELEASE OF THE BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF 30 THOUSAND

PESOS (30,000) FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE SYNCHRONIZED KK GENERAL
ASSEMBLY IN CELEBRATION OF THE LINGGO NG KABATAAN

WHEREAS, Section 6, Rule II of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic

Act no. 10742, otherwise known as the “Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015” provides
for the meetings of the Katipunan ng Kabataan. The SK chairperson shall convene the first KK
general assembly not later than three (3) months after the proclamation of the results of the
SK elections.

WHEREAS, SK Memorandum Circular no. 02 s.2018 dated July 26, 2018 provides for
the Guidelines on the conduct of the Synchronized KK Assembly during the observance of the
Linggo ng Kabataan.

WHEREAS, The First Synchronized KK General Assembly shall be observed on

August 18, 2018 (Saturday) to serve as the culminating activity during the Linggo ng Kabataan
celebration as per Section 01 of the Guidelines.

WHEREAS, item 15 of the said Guidelines provides that the SK Council of each
Barangay, through their SK Chairman and SK treasurer, are hereby advised to appropriate at least
ten thousand pesos (10,000.00) but not more than fifty thousand pesos (50,000.00) for every KK
General Assembly, excluding Linggo ng Kabataan activities.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan shall lay out in a Program Design, to be

attached herewith, the utilization of the budget to be used on the Synchronized KK General
Assembly.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Hon. Jeric V. Cura and duly seconded
by SK Kagawad’s Hon. Romeo P. Dizon Hon. Herica T. Dizon Hon. Richard D. Rivera Hon.
Genesis R. Cabale Hon. Aiko Bernabe

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan Council

during a regular meeting duly assembled that a resolution approving the release of the budget in
the amount of Thirty Thousand Pesos (30,000)for the conduct of the Synchronized KK General
Assembly in celebration of the Linggo ng Kabataan, be approved.

APPROVED AND ADOPTED on the 11th day of August 2018 at the Sapangbato
Barangay Hall, Angeles City.
