Vishay Intertechnology Inc. is committed to be in compliance with all applicable global laws,
directives and regulations.

Unless otherwise specified, Vishay Intertechnology Inc. hereby certifies that all its products
that are identified as RoHS compliant fulfill the definitions and restrictions defined under
Directive 2011/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 8, 2011 on the
restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment
(EEE) – recast.

Vishay Intertechnology Inc. is keenly aware that RoHS II exemptions that currently apply
some of our products are set to expire on July 21st, 2021.
Despite the fact that the exemptions have recently been extended to this date, we will
continue to actively search for alternatives and scrutinize viable (performance, quality and
costs) options.
We will continue to work with Electronic Industry Leaders and Global Electronic Industry
Associations to prepare the necessary data for future relevant exemption renewal
applications.

Currently concerned exemptions as per Annex II, RoHS II are 6 a, b, c, 7 a, 7 c(I) and 7 c(II).
