II. BACKGROUND / SITUATION ANALYSIS

The Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao Club, School Year 2019-2020, of Bulan National High School
has an objective of developing a new and fresh opportunity to every students of Bulan NHS in showcasing
their creativity, acting skills, and great value to do films. A new environment, means a new experience.
As part of the Celebration of the ESP Week, expected on the last week of January 2020, the ESP Club is
offering its 1st ESP Short Film Festival- celebrating student’s talents and designating specific awards to
specific students to notify their excellence. This event, if supported and approved, will give such an effect
and will leave a great impact to the students.
 ESP Short Film Festival is a type of School Film Festival. Just like the normal, it will have entries
composed of group of students with complete elements of a normal film: Director, Actors, Script,
Scriptwriter, Supporting Actors, Videographer, Extras (if necessary), etc. It will be open to all of the
students of Bulan National High School (only). The club (ESP) will be notifying the students one month
before the actual event.

With the above specified purposes and vision, this event has been conceptualized.
