In consonance with the conduct of 6th City Wide Institutional Camp this
August 31 to September 1, 2018 the Tulungatung National High School will have its
Institutional Camping on the dates mentioned. The opening program will start at 1:00
o’clock in the afternoon of August 31, 2018.

In this connection, as a scouting commissioner of this barangay we would like

to invite your presence to grace this event to give some inspirational message to our
scouts and to formally open the scouting activity in this institution. In the same
regards, the school would like also to ask assistance to your office the provision of
security personnel to safeguard the institution especially the participants during the
conduct of the institutional camp.
