Subject : SCHOOL BASED MANAGEMENT VALIDATION AND APPRAISAL

Date : June 6, 2019

To provide standards for the improvement of the delivery of the basic education
services, the school will conduct SBM Validation and ESIP Appraisal on June 7, 2019.

In order to empower the school to address gaps and issues in basic education,
this office shall conduct SBM Validation and ESIP Appraisal on June 7, 2019 at
Casimiro A. Ynares Sr. Elementary School.

The objectives of the activity is for the participants to:

1. gain an in-depth knowledge on SBM validation and ESIP appraisal localized

guidelines;
2. enrich their understanding on SBMEA-QATAME program implementation;
3. enhance their skills in designing the enhance school improvement plan to
improve performance.

Immediate dissemination and strict compliance with this Memorandum is

earnestly desired.
