Duty painting & coating inspector:

1. Undertakes and supervises the painting, coating, insulation, fire proofing, PPS Sleeve coating
application.
4. Coordinate with other dicipline for blasting painting activity.
5. Prepare work completion report and submited to cost control for billing.
6. Verified work completion from subcontractor.
7. Blaster painter qualification test.
8. Pre inspection after fabrication.
9. Blasting painting test ( Hypodermic pressure test, Blotter test, Sieve test, Vial test, Conductivity
test, Dust level, Adhesion test, Holiday test , Ambient Condition test).
10. Visual inspection after preparation blasting, power tool or hydro jetting.
11. Reporting and recording blasting painting activity.
