resolution is in full force and effect and has been resolved, the dispositive portion
of which states and reads as follows:

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the

corporation shall purchase a certain parcel of land situated at
Bingag, Dauis, Bohol, Philippines, designated as Lot No. 5650,
GSS-07-02-000031, iden. to PSU-07-005487) covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 101-2017000333, containing an area of
2,313 sq.m., more or less registered under RAMON V. CABACIS,
Filipino, married to CORSINITA S. CABACIS. Resolved further
that the appropriate amount shall be released for such purpose
including the expenses for its transfer and registration under its
name.
